Liz Crosby
Hello, my name is Liz Crosby and I am a staff governor here at Rosehill.  I am Deputy Head and one of the year 6 teachers.  I have been a governor since January 2005 and have been re-elected twice as staff governor since my initial appointment. My responsibility area is Training Link Governor and I sit on both the Staffing and Curriculum Standards Committees. I wanted to become a governor to learn more about the leadership and management of the school but to also be a part of a team who contributed to the decision making and direction of the school.  I have thoroughly enjoyed my time on the governing body and have had the privilege of working with some very knowledgeable and interesting people.  I look forward to the future and being a part of such a strong governing body.  Obviously, I hold a biased view about our school but I do truly believe that we have something special here.  The staff and children are really hard working and there is a real Methodist ethos about the school.  As a school, we constantly strive to improve our practice; how the children learn and the experiences we provide for our children.  I am proud to say that I work at Rosehill Methodist Community Primary School and that I am a member of the Governing Body.
